-Piercings for kids (ages 4-17) require a notarized parental consent form to be presented at the time of the piercing. This is a state law, and we have to follow it- no exceptions! You can download the form here; your bank will often notarize this for free.

-  All piercing services and jewelry sales will be done by appointment. If you come to the studio without an appointment, you'll be asked to make an appointment using this system and wait until the specified time.

- Please don't touch your piercings or put used/worn jewelry on the counters. A staff member will be happy to help with anything you need.

- If you have a cough, a fever, a sick child or relative at home, or are otherwise feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. We'll be here when you're ready!.

-Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals earlier than 10 minutes early will be asked to wait (but we're hyped about your enthusiasm!) If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we might have to reschedule to avoid inconveniencing other scheduled clients.
